UNION OF FOREIGN VOLUNTEERS IN UKRAINE
We are a Union Of Foreign Volunteers and civilian individuals who have taken upon ourselves the mission of protecting human rights and freedoms.
- our organization is aimed at providing support and assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations, law enforcement agencies, and government authorities during special periods, states of emergency or war, and after their completion.
- we provide assistance to foreign volunteers and their families, as well as to the families of fallen volunteer soldiers.
- our organization offers material, technical, scientific, and organizational support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military formations, and law enforcement agencies.
- we provide assistance to the civilian population, elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and large families affected by military aggression by providing them with food products and essential items.
- the actions of our organization are aimed at providing various forms of support to all segments of society, including medical, psychological, legal, and material assistance to those in need.
DIRECTIONS OF THE ORGANISATION
The main goal of the Public Organization is to protect Human Rights and Freedoms, to help the population of Ukraine, the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations, law enforcement agencies, public authorities, enterprises and organizations.
THE MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE:
1. Assistance and coordination of the efforts of Foreign Volunteers, veterans and invalids of military operations who took or participate in the war on the side of Ukraine, families of the dead, prisoners of war and missing during the war in Ukraine, their unification in order to more effectively use the available opportunities to provide protection social, economic, legal and political rights.
2. Assistance in the provision of health, medical, psychological, moral and material assistance, including assistance in solving everyday and housing problems for Foreign Volunteers.
3. Rendering or assistance in obtaining any assistance not prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine, which is necessary for Foreign Volunteers who accepted or participated in the war on the side of Ukraine, their families, families of those killed, prisoners of war and missing during the war in Ukraine.
4. Rendering or assistance in rendering assistance to military Foreign Volunteers, families of dead military foreign volunteers, including:
- providing medical and psychological rehabilitation.
- provision of legal assistance on benefits and social guarantees.
- assistance in obtaining the status of a participant in hostilities.
- assistance in finding employment.
- psychological and material support for families.
5. Assistance in the search for prisoners of war and missing persons.
6. Development, implementation and development of social projects and volunteer movements.
7. Assistance to the population of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons under the conditions of a special period, legal regimes of a state of emergency or martial law, and after their completion, which consists in:
- providing the population with the necessary food products, various types of household items necessary for human life.
- protection of the population that has suffered as a result of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, both during the special period, legal regimes of a state of emergency or martial law, war, and after their completion.
- Assistance to internally displaced persons.
- Assistance in the restoration of damaged infrastructure.
- assistance to the elderly, the disabled, large families, persons raising children on their own, including the provision of assistance to the above-mentioned persons who have suffered as a result of hostilities, during a special period, legal regimes of a state of emergency or martial law.
- assistance to families and persons serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations or law enforcement agencies.
- charitable activities in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
8. Provision of logistical, scientific, organizational, material, rehabilitation and any other assistance necessary for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations, law enforcement agencies, public authorities during a special period, legal regimes of a state of emergency or martial law, a state of war and after their completion, which is:
- providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations or law enforcement agencies with the necessary protective equipment, clothing, personal hygiene items, medicines, technical devices, vehicles and other things they need.
- food supply.
- providing other assistance that is not prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine and is necessary for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations, law enforcement agencies to protect Ukraine, its citizens, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
9. Volunteer activity, consisting in promoting:
- involvement of the population, associations of citizens, organizations and enterprises for the manufacture of products necessary for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations, law enforcement agencies, public authorities during a special period, legal regimes of a state of emergency or martial law and after their completion.
- providing volunteer assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations, law enforcement agencies, public authorities during the special period, legal regimes of a state of emergency or martial law and after their completion.
- provision of volunteer assistance to support low-income, unemployed, large families, homeless, internally displaced persons in need of social rehabilitation and assistance.
- assistance to citizens affected by an emergency situation of a man-made or natural nature, the operation of a special period, the legal regimes of an emergency or military.
10. Material and technical support for the population of Ukraine:
- Provision of material and technical assistance, funded by the Organization, international programs (grants), and international technical aid to military personnel and citizens of Ukraine who have been affected by military actions on the territory of Ukraine during special periods, legal regimes of emergency or martial law, and after their termination.
- Assisting in the restoration of damaged infrastructure, residential buildings, movable and immovable property, and utilities as a result of military actions.
- Engaging the population, civic organizations, foreign/international governmental/non-governmental, and charitable organizations to assist citizens of Ukraine affected by military actions on the territory of Ukraine during special periods, legal regimes of emergency or martial law, and after their termination.
- Undertaking other actions not prohibited by existing legislation to provide assistance to citizens of Ukraine, military personnel, enterprises, institutions, and organizations of any form of ownership.
11. Information support for the population, which includes:
- Providing necessary information and consultations to the population regarding the goals and directions of the Organization's activities.
- Organizing conferences, lectures, seminars, and other public events related to the goals and directions of the Organization's activities.
- Informing the population of Ukraine, foreigners, international and foreign public, governmental, and charitable organizations about the consequences of military actions and those affected by them on the territory of Ukraine during special periods, legal regimes of emergency or martial law.
- Providing information, consultations, and assistance to Ukrainian citizens in obtaining material and technical support.
- Drawing public attention to topics related to the goals and directions of the Organization's activities.
12. Participation in various projects, international projects, grants, including outside the territory of Ukraine, with subsequent implementation and involvement in various events related to the goals and directions of the Organization's activities.
13. Assistance in obtaining medical care for military personnel and other citizens of Ukraine affected by military actions on the territory of Ukraine:
- Assisting in finding medical organizations and institutions within Ukraine and abroad for treatment, rehabilitation, or other medical assistance.
- Assisting in transportation, border crossing, and rehabilitation procedures for individuals affected by military actions.
- Providing medications, pharmaceutical products, food supplies, clothing, and other necessary items for individuals affected by military actions on the territory of Ukraine.
- Searching and procuring various medical devices and instruments necessary for the treatment, rehabilitation, prosthetics, etc., of individuals affected by military actions.
