1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This public offer for the provision of charitable donations (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is provided by the Public Organization "Association of Foreign Volunteers in Ukraine," identification code of the legal entity 44994094, legal address: Ukraine, 07401, Kyiv Region, Brovary District, Brovary City, Shevchenka Street, Building 175-B (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization"), represented by its director, Marina Hennadiyivna Halanova, acting under the Statute (hereinafter referred to as the "Offeror"), on one hand, and any volunteer (hereinafter referred to as the "Volunteer") engaged in charitable activities, on the other hand.
1.2. This Offer is public and becomes effective from the moment of its publication on the official website of the Organization at the address: https://www.volunteersunion.org (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization's Website"). This Offer is indefinite and may be amended or revoked by the Offeror at any time (prior to its acceptance by the Volunteer) by posting relevant information on the Organization's Website.
1.3. The Organization may enter into agreements regarding the provision of charitable donations in a manner and/or on terms different from those provided in this Offer. The Volunteer may separately contact the Organization to conclude such an agreement.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the gratuitous and voluntary transfer by the Volunteer to the ownership of the Organization of monetary funds as a charitable donation, for the purpose of supporting the charitable events and projects of the Organization. The Volunteer independently determines the amount of the charitable donation.
2.2. The transfer of the charitable donation is made by complying with the requirements specified on the Organization's Website and agreeing on additional terms that may be established when concluding this Agreement.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. The Organization undertakes to use the charitable donation funds provided by the Volunteer in accordance with the designated purpose determined by the Volunteer and in accordance with the statutory activities of the Organization.
3.2. The Volunteer has the right to receive information about the use of the charitable donation and the results of the Organization's work, which are regularly published on the Organization's Website.
3.3. The Volunteer agrees that the subject of the charitable donation is financial support for the charitable goals of the Organization and does not have the right to demand the return of these funds.
4. DONATION PAYMENT
4.1. The Volunteer independently determines the amount of the charitable donation and the method of payment, in accordance with the requirements specified on the Organization's Website.
4.2. The charitable donation is voluntary and is not subject to subsequent return to the Volunteer.
5. ACCEPTANCE
5.1. Acceptance of this Offer is carried out by the Volunteer by taking actions specified on the Organization's Website to make a financial transfer or other donation payment. The moment of Acceptance is the date of performing such actions.
5.2. The Volunteer confirms that they have fully read and agree with all the terms of this Offer.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The relations between the parties of this Agreement are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. Any changes or additions to this Agreement are valid only in writing and signed by both parties.
6.3. In the event of disputes between the parties to this Agreement, they undertake to resolve them through negotiations and constructive settlement. If disputes cannot be resolved in this way, they shall be considered in court.
